We like to see computing and IT as something straight forward, but we appreciate that for a lot of people this is not the case. Our most basic consultancy amounts to helping an individual of company determine what they actually need and then to set about helping them to obtain it at the best possible rate.
We offer this service as it is very apparent that many resellers, particularly supplying the general public and small businesses through retail outlets are incapable of providing the correct information.
- We won’t tell you to reformat your hard drive and reinstall Windows just because of a minor software fault, we will find and fix the fault.
- We won’t tell you that you need an ADSL modem to share your Cable internet connection between several PCs.
- We... well if you need our help the examples are meaningless, but you can be sure we won’t mislead.
If you need to buy a new PC we will tell you so. On the whole we recommend our customers to use Dell. Why Dell?
